The device 2A (power-down) operates with a single +5V supply. The analog inputs are Internal Track/Hold, 133kHz Sampling Rate software configurable for single-ended and differential Internal 4.096V Reference (unipolar/bipolar) operation. 4-Wire Serial Interface is Compatible The 4-wire serial interface connects directly to SPI, with SPI, QSPI, Microwire, and TMS320 QSPI, and Microwire devices, without using external logic.
