MAX320/MAX321/MAX322 19-0350 Rev 0 12/94 Precision, Dual-Supply, SPST Analog Switches General Description Features The MAX320/MAX321/MAX322 are precision, dual, Low On-Resistance, 35 max (16 typical) SPST analog switches designed to operate from 3V to R Matching Between Channels <2 ON 8V dual supplies. The MAX320 has two normally open (NO) switches and the MAX321 has two normally R Flatness <4 ON closed (NC) switches. The MAX322 has one NO and Guaranteed Charge Injection <5pC one NC switch. Low power consumption (1.25mW) Bipolar Supply Operation (3V to 8V) makes these parts ideal for battery-powered equip- ment. They offer low leakage currents (100pA max) and Low Power Consumption, <1.25mW fast switching speeds (t = 150ns max, t = 100ns ON OFF Low Leakage Current Over Temperature, max). <2.5nA at +85C The MAX320 series, powered from 5V supplies, offers 35 max on-resistance (R ), 2 max matching Fast Switching, t <150ns, t <100ns ON ON OFF between channels, and 4 max R flatness.
