MAX44281 Ultra-Small, Ultra-Thin, 4-Bump Op Amp General Description Benefits and Features The MAX44281 is the industrys first op amp in a 4-bump 4-Pin Amplifier Saves Board Space WLP package, designed for use in portable consumer 0.85mm x 0.85mm 4-Bump Thin WLP Package and medical applications. This device is offered as a Three Gain Versions Available - 1V/V (MAX44281O) noninverting amplifier with gain (AV) of +1V/V, +2V/V, or +10V/V. - 2V/V (MAX44281V) - 10V/V (MAX44281U) The device features rail-to-rail output, low 100V input Precision Specifications Support Most Precision voltage offset, and 15MHz of bandwidth with only 700A of supply current. Applications Low 100V Input Offset Voltage The device features shutdown functionality by pulling V DD Rail-to-Rail Output to ground. During shutdown, both the input and the output 10pA Input Bias Current are high impedance. 15MHz GBW The device is available in an ultra-small, 0.85mm x Low Power Consumption Extends Battery Life in 0.85mm, 4-bump WLP package with 0.5mm height.
