MAX4514/MAX4515 19-1069 Rev 1 5/05 Low-Voltage, Low-On-Resistance, SPST, CMOS Analog Switches General Description Features The MAX4514/MAX4515 are single-pole/single-throw Available in SOT23-5 Package (SPST), CMOS, low-voltage, single-supply analog +2V to +12V Single-Supply Operation switches with very low switch on-resistance. The Guaranteed On-Resistance: MAX4514 is normally open (NO). The MAX4515 is nor- 20 with +5V Supply mally closed (NC). 10 with +12V Supply These CMOS switches can operate continuously with a Guaranteed Low Off-Leakage Currents: single supply between +2V and +12V. Each switch can 1nA at +25C handle rail-to-rail analog signals. The off-leakage cur- 20nA at +85C rent maximum is only 1nA at +25C or 20nA at +85C. Guaranteed Low On-Leakage Currents: All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, 2nA at +25C ensuring TTL/CMOS-logic compatibility when using a 40nA at +85C +5V supply.
