MAX4591/MAX4592/MAX4593 19-1539 Rev 0 2/00 High-Speed, Single-Supply, Quad, SPST Analog Switches General Description Features The MAX4591/MAX4592/MAX4593 are high-speed, Low 16 On-Resistance precision, quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog Fast Switching Times: t = 50ns, t = 30ns ON OFF switches designed to operate at +12V or +15V. The Guaranteed 1 max On-Resistance Match MAX4591 has four normally closed (NC) switches, and Between Channels the MAX4592 has four normally open (NO) switches. The MAX4593 has two NO and two NC switches. All Guaranteed 1.75 max On-Resistance Flatness three devices offer low leakage (100pA max) and fast over Signal Range switching speeds (t 80ns, t 45ns).
