MAX4614/MAX4615/MAX4616 19-1501 Rev 0 7/99 Low-Voltage, High-Speed, Quad, SPST CMOS Analog Switches General Description Features The MAX4614/MAX4615/MAX4616 quad, low-voltage, Fast Switching Times high-speed, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog 12ns t , 10ns t ON OFF switches are pin compatible with the industry-standard Pin Compatible with Industry-Standard 74HC4066/MAX4610 analog switches. On-resistance 74HC4066/MAX4610 (10 max) is matched between switches to 1 max and is flat (1 max) over the specified signal range. Guaranteed On-Resistance Each switch handles V+ to GND analog signal levels. 10 max (+5V supply) Maximum off-leakage current is only 1nA at T = +25C A 20 max (+3V supply) and 6nA at T = +85C. A Guaranteed Match Between Channels (1 max) The MAX4614 has four normally open (NO) switches, Guaranteed Flatness Over Signal Range (1 max) and the MAX4615 has four normally closed (NC) switches. The MAX4616 has two NO switches and two <6nA Off-Leakage Current Over Temperature NC switches. These CMOS switches operate from a (T = +85C) A single +2V to +5.5V supply. All digital inputs have Rail-to-Rail Signal Handling +0.8V and +2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS- TTL/CMOS-Logic Compatible logic compatibility when using a single +5V supply.
