MAX4621/MAX4622/MAX4623 19-1497 Rev 0 8/99 Dual, 5 Analog Switches General Description Features The MAX4621/MAX4622/MAX4623 are precision, dual, Low On-Resistance: 3 (typ), 5 (max) high-speed analog switches. The single-pole/single- Guaranteed R Match Between Channels ON throw (SPST) MAX4621 and double-pole/single-throw (0.5 max) (DPST) MAX4623 dual switches are normally open Guaranteed Break-Before-Make Operation (NO). The single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) MAX4622 has two normally closed (NC) and two NO poles. All (MAX4622) three parts offer low 5 on-resistance guaranteed to Guaranteed Off-Channel Leakage <5nA at +85C match to within 0.5 between channels and to remain Single-Supply Operation (+4.5V to +36V) flat over the full analog signal range (0.5 max). They Bipolar-Supply Operation (4.5V to 18V) also offer low leakage (<500pA at +25C, <5nA at +85C) and fast switching times (turn-on time <250ns, TTL/CMOS-Logic Compatible turn-off time <200ns).
