MAX4634 19-1717 Rev 3 2/09 Fast, Low-Voltage, 4, 4-Channel CMOS Analog Multiplexer General Description Features The MAX4634 fast, low-voltage, 4-channel CMOS ana- Guaranteed R ON log multiplexer features 4 (max) on-resistance (R ). 2.5 (typ) with 5V Supply ON It offers R matching between switches to 0.3 (max) 4.5 (typ) with 3V Supply ON and R flatness of 1 (max) over the specified signal ON 0.3 (max) Guaranteed R Match Between ON range. Each switch can handle V+ to GND analog sig- Channels nals. Off-leakage current is only 0.1nA (max) at +25C. The MAX4634 features fast turn-on (t ) and turn-off ON 1 (max) Guaranteed R Flatness Over Signal ON (t ) times of 18ns and 11ns, respectively. All this OFF Range comes in the tiny 10-pin MAX and 10-pin, 3mm x 0.1nA (at +25C) Guaranteed Low Leakage 3mm, TDFN packages.
