On-resistance is Guaranteed R Match Between Channels ON matched between switches to 0.5W max and is flat (0.5W max) (0.5W max) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle Rail-to-Rail analog signals. Off- Guaranteed R Flatness over Specified Signal ON leakage current is only 5nA max at T = +85C.
