R is matched between ON channels to 0.3 max and is flat (0.4 max) over the On-Resistance Matching 0.3 max specified signal range. Each switch can handle Rail-to- Dual 2.7V to 5.5V or Single +2.7V to +11V Rail analog signals. Off-leakage current is 0.1nA at +25C. These switches are ideal in low-distortion appli- Supply Range cations and are the preferred solution over mechanical TTL/CMOS-Logic Compatible relays in automated test equipment. They have low Crosstalk -84dB at 1MHz power requirements, require less board space, and are more reliable than mechanical relays. Off-Isolation -65dB at 1MHz The MAX4677 has four normally closed (NC) switches, -3dB Bandwidth: 66MHz and the MAX4678 has four normally open (NO) switch- es. The MAX4679 has two NC and two NO switches Rail-to-Rail Signal Range and features guaranteed break-before-make switching.
