MAX4695 19-2044 Rev 1, 2/05 Low-Voltage, 60 Dual SPDT Analog Switch in Thin QFN General Description Features The MAX4695 is a low-voltage, dual single-pole/double- 3mm x 3mm 12-Pin Thin QFN Package throw (SPDT) analog switch that operates from a single Guaranteed On-Resistance: +1.8V to +5.5V supply. The MAX4695 features break- 60 (max) (+2.7V supply) before-make switching action with a t = 30ns and ON t = 18ns at +3V. 25 (typ) (+5V supply) OFF When powered from a +2.7V supply, the device has a Guaranteed Match Between Channels: 3 (max) 60 (max) on-resistance (R ), with 3 (max) R ON ON Guaranteed Flatness Over Signal Range: matching and 10 (max) R flatness.
