MAX4704 19-2240 Rev 1 10/08 Low-Voltage, 60, 4:1 Analog Multiplexer in QFN General Description Features The MAX4704 low-voltage, 4-channel analog multiplex- 3mm x 3mm 12-Pin QFN Package er operates from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply. The Guaranteed On-Resistance: MAX4704 features break-before-make switching action 60 (max) (+2.7V Supply) with a t = 60ns and t = 20ns at +3V. ON OFF 40 (max) (+5V Supply) When powered from a +2.7V supply, the device has a 60 (max) on-resistance (R ), with 3 (max) R ON ON Guaranteed Match Between Channels: 3 (max) matching and 5 max R flatness. The digital logic ON Guaranteed Flatness Over Signal Range: inputs are 1.8V-logic compatible from a +2.7V to +3.3V 5 (max) supply.
