MAX4706/MAX4707 19-3159 Rev 0 1/04 Low-Voltage, 2, SPST, CMOS Analog Switches General Description Features The MAX4706/MAX4707 single-pole/single-throw Guaranteed R ON (SPST) switches operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V sup- 2 max (+2.7V Supply) ply. The MAX4706 is a normally closed (NC) switch and Guaranteed R Flatness: 0.6 (+2.7V Supply) ON the MAX4707 is the normally open (NO) version. These Excellent AC Characteristics switches provide 2 on-resistance (R ) and 0.6 ON High Off-Isolation: -67dB at 1MHz R flatness with a +2.7V supply. These devices typi- ON -3dB Bandwidth: 190MHz cally consume only 0.02A of quiescent current, mak- ing them suitable for use in low-power, portable 0.013% Total Harmonic Distortion applications. The MAX4706/MAX4707 feature low-leak- Low Supply Current: 0.02A age currents over the entire temperature range, Tiny SC70 and DFN Packages TTL/CMOS-compatible digital logic, and excellent AC characteristics. 1.8V to 5.5V Single-Supply Operation The MAX4706/MAX4707 are offered in small 5-pin and Ordering Information 6-pin SC70 and 6-pin DFN packages.
