MAX4715/MAX4716 0.4, Low-Voltage, Single-Supply SPST Analog Switches in SC70 General Description Benefits and Features The MAX4715/MAX4716 are low on-resistance, low- Low R ON voltage, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches 0.4 max (+3V Supply) that operate from a +1.6V to +3.6V single supply. The 1.2 max (+1.8V Supply) MAX4715 is normally open (NO), and the MAX4716 0.1 max R Flatness (+3V Supply) ON is normally closed (NC). These devices also have fast +1.6V to +3.6V Single-Supply Operation switching speeds (t = 18ns max, t = 12ns max). ON OFF Available in 5-Pin SC70 Packages When powered from a +3V supply, the MAX4715/ MAX4716 offer 0.4 max on-resistance (R ) with 0.1 ON Fast Switching: t = 18ns max, t = 12ns max ON OFF max R flatness. Their digital logic inputs are +1.8V ON +1.8V CMOS Logic Compatible (+3V Supply) CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply.
