MAX4734 0.8, Low-Voltage, 4-Channel Analog Multiplexer General Description Features The MAX4734 is a low on-resistance, low-voltage, 4-channel Low R ON CMOS analog multiplexer that operates from a single 0.8 (max) (3V Supply) 1.6V to 3.6V supply. This device has fast switching speeds 2 (max) (1.8V Supply) (t = 25ns, t = 20ns max), handles rail-to-rail analog ON OFF 0.1 (max) R Flatness (3V Supply) ON signals, and consumes less than 4W of quiescent power. 1.6V to 3.6V Single-Supply Operation The MAX4734 has break-before-make switching. Available in Thin QFN (3mm x 3mm) Package When powered from a 3V supply, the MAX4734 features High-Current Handling Capacity (150mA Continuous) low 0.8 (max) on-resistance (R ), with 0.2 (max) ON R matching and 0.1 R flatness. The digital ON ON 1.8V CMOS-Logic Compatible (3V Supply) logic input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a Fast Switching: t = 25ns, t = 20ns ON OFF single 3V supply. The MAX4734 is available in space-saving 12-pin TQFN (3mm x 3mm) and 10-pin MAX packages.
