MAX4736 0.6, Low-Voltage, Single-Supply, Dual SPDT Analog Switch General Description Benefits and Features The MAX4736 is a low on-resistance, low-voltage, dual Low R ON single-pole/double throw (SPDT) analog switch that oper- 0.6 (3V Supply) ates from a single 1.6V to 4.2V supply. This device has 1.5 (1.8V Supply) fast switching speeds (t = 25ns, t = 20ns max), ON OFF 0.1 max R Flatness (3V Supply) ON handles rail-to-rail analog signals, and consumes less Single-Supply Operation Down to 1.6V than 4W of quiescent power. The MAX4736 has break- before-make switching. Available in TQFN, DFN, and MAX Packages When powered from a 3V supply, the MAX4736 features 1.8V CMOS Logic Compatible (3V Supply) low 0.6 on-resistance (R ), with 0.1 R matching ON ON Fast Switching: t = 25ns, t = 20ns ON OFF and 0.05 R flatness. The digital logic input is 1.8V ON CMOS compatible when using a single 3V supply.
