The MAX669EUB+T is a highly integrated, high efficiency, step-up switching controller from Analog Devices for voltage conversion applications. It operates from a 1.8V input and is capable of delivering up to 28V output voltage. The device has an adjustable frequency of up to 2MHz and is optimized for medium to high power applications. It features internal digital soft-start, automatic peak current limit, and hiccup over load protection. The external components necessary for regulating the output voltage and providing protection are minimal. The integrated gate drivers enable the use of low-cost, low-power MOSFETs and diodes. The MAX669EUB+T is housed in a 16-pin TSSOP package.
