High Efficiency (90%) LOGIC The step-up DC-DC converter is a high-frequency Dual Charge-Pump Outputs (1MHz) current-mode regulator with a built-in power No External Diodes for Positive Charge Pump MOSFET that allows the use of ultra-small inductors and Up to +28V Positive Charge-Pump Output ceramic capacitors.
