LC03-3.3 Applied Power

The LC03-3.3 with SOIC-8 ESD Protection Devices ROHS by Applied Power is a three channel ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection device. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and comes in a 8-pin SOIC package. The LC03-3.3 is designed to prevent ESD related damages to electronic devices caused by human body electrostatic discharge which helps meets industry standard IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD air/contact discharge) level 4 (±15kV) requirements. Its integrated dual protection diodes are designed to protect up to ±18 kV contact and ±25 kV air discharge. It has a very low dynamic resistance of only 0.5Ohm which helps reduce insertion losses. The LC03-3.3 also features ESD and EMI (electromagnetic interference) filtering to protect against noise. The device is manufactured to be low leakage current, allowing it to be effective for high frequency applications.
