The SMDJ26CA with SMC (DO-214AB) TVS ROHS is a low capacitance bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protection against electrostatic discharge and surge protection from overvoltage transients. This device is manufactured by Bourne, and is RoHS compliant, encapsulated in a small and low profile SMC (DO-214AB) package. It has a polarity sensitive construction, which has built in protection against reverse, bi-directional ESD and overvoltage transients.
