The ACPL-x2xL optocouplers Temperature range: 40C to +105C series operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply with guaranteed AC Safety and regulatory approvals and DC performance from an extended temperature range of UL 1577 recognized: 3750 V for 1 minute for RMS 40C to +105C.
