Long operation life The low profile package design is suitable for a wide variety of Wide viewing angle at 140 applications especially where height is a constraint and the Silicone encapsulation package foot print is compatible with most high power LEDs Non-ESD sensitive (threshold > 16 kV) available in the market today.
