Automotive temperature range: ASSR-601JV/JT consists of an AlGaAs infrared light- T = 40C to +105C for ASSR-601JV A emitting diode (LED) input stage optically coupled to a high- T = 40C to +125C for ASSR-601JT voltage output detector circuit. The detector consists of a A Breakdown voltage, BV : 1500V at I = 250 A high-speed photovoltaic diode array and driver circuitry to DSS DSS Avalanche rated MOSFETs switch on/off two discrete high-voltage MOSFETs.
