Additional Infomation About Product

The Broadcom HCPL-2630-500E is a dual-channel optocoupler logic-out open collector DC-in 8-pin PDIP surface mount device. It is designed for applications where coupling of two channels of digital signals is needed between two circuits with different common modes, in addition to providing optically-isolated noise immunity. The HCPL-2630-500E has a built-in open collector output stage, making it suitable for both sourcing and sinking applications. It has a photodiode-LED stage with broad-side emitting LEDs that are gallium arsenide/gallium phosphide infrared, making it ideal for high switching frequencies. The device is packaged in a small 8-pin PDIP surface mount case with a maximum profile of 1.42 mm, allowing for easy mounting and design flexibility.
