It is packaged in a 4-pin DIP (CTR: min. 50% at I = 5 mA, V = 5 V) F CE package and available in wide-lead spacing option and High input-output isolation voltage (V = 5000 V ) iso rms lead bend SMD option. Input-output isolation voltage is Response time 5000 Vrms. Response time, t , is typically 4 s and minimum r (tr: typ., 4 s at VCE = 2 V, IC = 2 mA, RL = 100 ) CTR is 50% at input current of 5 mA.
