The TAJE477M010R is a Broadcom High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM) PHY IP. This device is designed for use in System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. It provides a high performance, low power solution for application in high-bandwidth memory applications such as medical imaging, machine learning, and deep learning. The PHY operates at up to 100 Gb/s, consuming 4 W of power. The HBM PHY supports a wide range of memory configurations and DRAM architectures, including DDR3/L, DDR4/L, SDRAM/LPDDR3/L, and GDDR3/L. It also supports multiple interface protocols including wide-I/O2, Wide-I/O-LPDDR, and WIDE I/O-GDDR. The TAJE477M010R also supports various memory controller PMON and DPRAM ranging from 64-bits to 512-bits with 16 different selector settings.
