The ChipRail CR6267SG is a SOP-8 RoHS Power Distribution Switches/PMIC manufactured by Chip-Rail that provides a flexible power supply solution for a variety of integrated circuit (IC) and other electronic components. The device utilizes two low-side MOSFET switches to provide a power supply switch and control circuit for the two sides of the circuit.The SOP-8 RoHS package makes the CR6267SG easy to integrate into any board. Each of the two MOSFETs can be driven from a logic level or a 5V/3.3V power supply individually. An enable/shutdown pin is available as well for convenient control. The device also features overcurrent protection up to 1.8A, thermal shutdown, and latched shutdown. The high-side MOSFET can drive up to 20V and the low-side can operate at up to -10.8V. Temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. The device is compliant with RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC) and is halogen-free.
