Additional Infomation About Product

The CH70130AB5PR is a Current Sensor integrated circuit from Cosemitech with an SOIC-8 surface mount package. It is a low cost, low-side, current-sensing device that has been designed to measure ac/dc current in applications where space is limited. It has a wide power-supply range from -40V to +70V and a high input impedance. It is RoHS compliant and can measure currents up to 10A with an accuracy of ±5%. The output of the device is a voltage proportional to the measured current level that can be used for current monitoring or over-current protection applications.
