The CH70150AB5PR with SOP-8(LC) Current Sensors from Cosemitech is a RoHS compliant electronic part designed for current sensing applications. It is a surface mount, low cost, low power, unidirectional current sensor. The internal structure of the device consists of a Hall effect sensor, an integrated amplifier, Schmitt trigger, comparator and an open-drain output driver.
