The CHA611FB01500S with TO-94 Current Sensor ROHS manufactured by Cosemitech is an accurately designed, ultra-high frequency, dual-channel linear-Hall-effect integrated circuit. It provides a proportional output voltage which is the linear function of applied current. It contains two independent NPN Hall output transistors enabling a differential output.
