Electronics:The K10103B with Optocouplers DIP-4 RoHS manufactured by Cosmo Electronics is a 4-pin digital output optocoupler chip. It consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo transistor detector. The chip is designed to provide protection against high voltage spikes and eliminate ground loops in sensitive circuitry. The RoHS-compliant unit is suitable for AC/DC applications. This device features low power dissipation, input-output isolation voltage up to 3750Vrms, minimum CTR of 50% at IF = 5mA, and low propagation delay. It also has a very high common mode transient immunity of up to 25KV/µs. It is available in SMD or DIP package and provides isolation between two circuits.
