The K20101B Optocoupler DIP-6 RoHS manufactured by Cosmo is an electronic part that is used to protect a circuit from high-voltage or high-frequency signals. It is a 6-pin DIP package that contains 4 pins for the phototransistor and 2 pins for the LED. The part is RoHS compliant and designed to isolate interfacing circuits from each other while isolating the circuit from noise. The device offers high common mode surge immunity and isolation voltage between 1000Vrms (min) and 5000Vrms (max). It has a minimum pulse width of 20ns and operating temperature of -40°C to + 105°C.
