The Cosmo KPC355NT0ETLD is an optocoupler packaged in a SOP-4 surface-mount configuration and is compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. It features an infrared light-emitting diode which is optically coupled with a silicon phototransistor detector, enclosed in a thin molded plastic package. This optocoupler has a minimum isolation voltage of 5300 Vrms, a high common mode transient immunity (CMR) of up to 50 kV/µs, and is designed to provide switching speeds up to 1Mhz. Its internal shield construction allows for very low crosstalk and noise generation, and its low input current requirements make it ideal for use in applications which require high noise immunity. The KPC355NT0ETLD is suitable for both digital and analog circuit applications and is ideal for applications such as industrial automation, automated medical equipment, home appliances, and automotive systems.
