The EPQ-2, or Electronic Performance Quotient, is a personality test developed by Dr. Julian B. Rotter and Dr. John C. Worchel in 1976. The EPQ-2 measures 16 personality traits, including Extension, Emotional Sensitivity, Comprehension, Aggressive Reaction, Intensity, Tolerance, Voracity, Endurance, Self-Reliance, Intelligence, Emotional Stability, Flexibility, Inhibition, Activity, Egocentricity, and Seriousness. The test consists of 88 items and takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. It is widely used to evaluate people's personalities in a variety of contexts, such as psychological research or in organizational settings.
