10A4 DC Components

. 1. 10A4 is a type of signal diode designed by DC Components. It is a medium speed, low-power, small signal diode with a peak inverse voltage (PIV) rating of 400 volts. 2. It is a double rectifier type diode with an integrated two-section array, consisting of two fast turn-on and two low forward voltage, Schottky barrier diodes. 3. The 10A4 diode package is the same SI-style package as is used for the popular 1N4148 and 1N5408 signal diodes, with a total of 12 terminals. 4. The 10A4 has a fast recovery time (TRR) of 1 nanosecond and a low forward voltage drop of 0.5 Volts. 5. It has a peak forward current rating of 10 Amps and a reverse leakage current of 50 nA. 6. It has a junction temperature rating of 150 degrees Celsius and is mounted into a through-hole or surface-mounting application. 7. The 10A4 diode is ideal for rectification, clamping and voltage dropping applications and is especially suitable for applications with fast switching times. 8. It is widely used in high-speed computer systems, switching power supplies and other high-frequency switching systems. 9. It is also suitable for relay and power electronics applications, as well as automotive and LED lighting applications. 10.
