The AT25SF081-SHD-T is an 8Mb (1Mb x 8) Serial-Flash Memory manufactured by Dialog Semiconductor. It is a high-density, low-power device that integrates an 8Mb Flash memory array with 2.5V & 85Mhz Serial Flash Interface. The device is organized as 1Mb x 8, and is available in both 150mil width and Standard 4/5/6 pin compatible packages. The Serial-Flash Interface is compatible with SPI bus protocol and supports up to 40MHz interface speeds. The device supports full-duplex asynchronous/controlled half-duplex/synchronous data transfers, single/multiple address read/write instructions, as well as sector erase, block erase, and chip erase commands. In addition, the device offers password protection, device ID information, write protection, and hardware reset features.
