The ( Top View ) device is designed for operation with a power supply range of 1.65V ( Top View ) to 5.5V. The input is tolerant to 5.5V allowing this device to be used 1A 1 6 1Y 1A 1 6 1Y in a mixed voltage environment. The device is fully specified for partial power down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables GND 2 5 Vcc Vcc GND 2 5 the output preventing damaging current backflow when the device is 2Y 2A 3 4 powered down. The open-drain output can be connected to other 2A 2Y 3 4 open drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high X2-DFN1410-6 wired-AND functions. The maximum sink current is 32mA.
