It is a medium power surface mount Zener diode with a power rating of 1.5 kW and a Zener voltage rating of 100V. It is constructed of silicon semiconductor materials and has gold-plated leads for superior thermal and electrical integrity. The package dimensions are 3.2 mm x 1.1 mm and it is capable of withstanding an operating temperature range between -65 °C and +200 °C.
