The 1.5KE20A is a diode from Diotec. It is an axial leaded diode made with a glass passivated chip. This diode is designed for use in bidirectional overvoltage protection applications. It has a forward voltage of 600 V and a reverse leakage current of 20 A. This diode has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1500 V, and a maximum peak pulse current of 60 A. The diode has a breakdown voltage of 1886 V, and a Leakage Current temperature coefficient of 1.2 x 10-3 A/°C. It has an insulation system of UL94-V0 and an operating junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
