The BAV20WS is an axial-lead, ultra-fast switching diode made by Diotec. It has an average forward current of 200mA, a reverse voltage of 50V, and a forward voltage of 1.1 V. The BAV20WS also features a very low junction capacitance and a fast switching time of just 30 nanoseconds. Its power dissipation is also very low, with a maximum of 250mW. The BAV20WS is often used in signal and switching applications, where its fast switching time and low power dissipation are beneficial.
