Additional Infomation About Product

The BY397 is an axial through-hole diode made by Diotec. This diode has low forward and reverse leakage currents, can withstand up to a 400V reverse voltage, and has a forward voltage drop of 1.0V at a rated current of 10A. It is made from high-grade silicon wafers with a high-temperature soldering capability. The device is RoHS and UL approved, making it suitable for a wide range of electronics applications. Its maximum junction temperature is +175°C, and its power dissipation is 5W.
