The PESD2CAN with TVS SOT-23 (SOT-23-3) RoHS produced by Dowo is a three-terminal voltage-dependent, low-capacitance, bidirectional ESD protection diode. It provides protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrostatic susceptibility (ESD). The device has low clamping voltage, low leakage current, fast response time, low capacitance, and is specified to withstand ± 15kV HBM discharge. The SOT-23-3 package is a 3-pin, surface-mount package constructed of RoHS compliant materials. The PESD2CAN is designed to be used for ESD protection of electronics interfaces in smartphones, tablets, personal computing, and automotive systems.
