It integrates MOSFET Total Solution Size Estimate 308mm switches, small-signal control circuits, compensation Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V 13.2V and an integrated inductor in an advanced 1% Initial Output Voltage Accuracy 12x13x3mm QFN module. It offers high efficiency, excellent line and load regulation. The EN23F2QI Master/Slave Parallel Operation (up to 4 devices) operates over a wide input voltage range and is Frequency Synchronization (External Clock) specifically designed to meet the precise voltage and Output Enable Pin and Power OK Signal fast transient requirements of high-performance Programmable Soft-Start Time products. The EN23F2QI features frequency Pin Compatible with the EN23F0QI synchronization to an external clock, power OK output voltage monitor, programmable soft-start along Under Voltage Lockout Protection (UVLO) with thermal shutdown, current limit and over current Over Current and Short Circuit Protection protection. The devices advanced circuit design, ultra Pre-Bias Startup Protection high switching frequency and proprietary integrated Thermal Soft-Shutdown Protection inductor technology delivers high-quality, ultra o RoHS compliant, MSL level 3, 260 C reflow compact, non-isolated DC-DC conversion.
