's IoT chipset
The ESP32-WROVER (16 MB) is a powerful, low-cost, and low-power wireless System on Chip (SoC) from Espressif Systems. It is one of Espressif's IoT chipsets, which also includes the ESP32-S2, ESP32-S3, and ESP8266. It is suitable for use in low-power IoT applications that require Wi-Fi connectivity. Its main features include its dual-core Tensilica LX6 micro-processor, Bluetooth 4.2, 16 MB of Flash, and a wide selection of onboard peripherals. It is powered by the ESP-WROOM-32, which also supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) communication. The ESP32-WROVER also features an ultra-low power consumption, high power output (up to 8 dBm), and an integrated 10-bit ADC resolution sensor. The chip is well-suited for applications in the Internet of Things (IoT) space, including low-power Wi-Fi IoT products, industrial automation and home automation. End products can use the on-chip Wi-Fi and BLE if needed. The ESP32-WROVER is designed for use in a wide variety of applications ranging from smart home automation, to industrial automation and Industrial IoT. The chip also supports upper multi-protocol concurrency capability, high-speed Wi-Fi, and packet routing and scheduling capabilities.
