The ESP32-WROVER-E is an ESP32-based Internet-of-Things (IoT) module manufactured by Espressif Systems. It is built on a 40nm low power process and has a Wi-Fi + Bluetooth / BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) combo system-on-chip (SoC). It features integrated high-speed cache, on-chip adaptive radio biasing, high-performance transceiver front-end, and an architectural optimized RF short range radio. This module is a high performance, low cost, System-In-Package (SiP) requiring minimal external components. The ESP32-WROVER-E module is ideal for applications in Home Automation, Industrial Automation, Smart Agricultural, Wearables, Wearable Health Tech, Smart Home & Building and many more. It is suitable for commercial and industrial applications due to its low power requirements and its wide temperature range (–40 to +125°C). The module is available in an ultra-small 38.5x23.5x3mm surface mount package and provides Wi-Fi up to 11 Mbps, Bluetooth/ BLE up to 3 Mbps, and supports Wi-Fi bands (IEEE 802.11b/g/n). It also has built-in Qualcomm Atheros support.
