The ES7241 with QFN-16 RoHS is a highly integrated, ultra low power, extendable, 16/32-bit microcontroller, designed and manufactured by Everest Semiconductor. This device features a 32 bit RISC – Xtensa LX106 processor, an embedded FPU, up to 128 KB flash memory, 4KB SRAM, and 3KB SRAM for system stack/heap. It comes with ten powerful peripherals including Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART), Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C), Master/Slave Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) and ten GPIO. With an operating voltage range of 1.5V to 3.3V, this part is ideal for battery-operated or power-sensitive applications. It also integrates an on-chip temperature sensor and can operate up to an ambient temperature of 125°C. The core is compliant with the IEEE 802.15.4 Zigbee standard and IAR and GCC assemblers are supported by this part. It is designed to be RoHS compliant & is offered in a compact QFN-16 package.
