The IRM-H238T/TR2 Infrared Receiver SMD is a surface-mounted device (SMD) manufactured by Everlight. It is designed to receive infrared signals in a wide range of low and medium power applications, including remote sensing, motion detection, remote control, and wireless communication. The part is designed to be RoHS compliant, featuring lead-free construction and a reliable solder joint. It has a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and an optical power reception range of -40dBm to +50dBm. Further, this part has dual outputs, a high gain selection, and a fast response time of 20 µs to 250 µs. Its dark current is between 10 uA and 50uA. The dimensions of this part are 4.2mm x 3.8mm x 2.1mm.
