Additional Infomation About Product

The LHI 1148 is a hermetically sealed, high performance, low voltage ultrafast switching thyristor made by Excelitas Technologies. It is a four quadrant, bi-directional, four-arm gate, off-state triggered thyristor and is capable of handling currents up to 7A and voltage up to 1.5KV. The LHI 1148 is designed for use in applications such as motor control, welding, and power conversion. The device features a low on-state voltage drop, low return loss and superior thermal performance.
