Additional Infomation About Product

PYD1798 is a miniature photodetector manufactured by Excelitas Technologies. It is a NIR-enhanced PIN photodiode for 880-1100nm range with a peak response at 940nm. It has an active area of 0.8mm2 and a low dark current. Its low profile allows it to be used in a wide variety of applications including advanced medical imaging and photonics & optoelectronics. The PYD1798 is designed with a built-in bootstrap bias circuit that provides high CMRR and enables long-term stability and excellent performance even under high temperature and high humidity. The device is highly resistant to EMI/RFI interference.
