The Excelitas VTP1012H is a high-power, visible light LED packaged in a low profile, hermetically-sealed TO-18 can. It has a narrow 2.2 mm x 4.5 mm foot print, allowing for a high optical power output of up to 3210 mW at an operating current of 1.7A. The VTP1012H utilizes an efficient, proprietary violet LED chip to yield a superior radiant flux output, with a peak emission wavelength of 405 nm. The device is available with various lens optics to provide optimal output for various applications.
